What is a token?
Roughly three quarters of a word, counted across both the question and the answer. A typical exchange is around 700 tokens. We meter tokens because that is what the AI model charges for — the message estimates above are a guide, not a limit.
What happens when I run out?
It depends on the plan, and each one says so above. Either your bots pause until the next period — no bill you did not expect — or usage past the quota is billed at the rate shown.
Do I need my own AI account?
You can bring your own OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini or Deepseek key and pay them directly, or use ours within your quota. Your bots, your choice of model, per bot.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. Get in touch and we will move you — you keep the price you signed up on until you agree to a new one.
